Rockville Station
A private, fully immersive experience awaits you. At Rockville Station, you can host between 55 to 80 Guests. The room has four large Ultra 4k displays and one huge, 8ft by 15ft digital display wall. All displays are synced to mirror the same stunning visual content through all rooms when needed. No one misses the presentation! The Rockville Station projects 4k content from all angles.
The sound is amazing. Rockville Station has 8 surround sound presentation speakers and four concert 2000W speakers. The sound system is powered by Creston and EV audio. The base is brilliant and live instruments are crystal clear. The acoustics are studio-grade.
Rockville Hall has a performance stage (wireless mics, dedicated outlets) with digital/programmable lighting controls for all occasions… from spotlights to recess lights, to ambient lights, to party lights. Plus, any event can be virtualized… with four, 4k cameras to get all angles during live events.
This room is perfect for private receptions, business social events, VIP performances, Metaverse events, Ted Talks, parties, movie nights, etc. Book your show!
Southlawn Conference Room
When you want state of the art collaboration technology for important meetings, look no further. Southlawn conference room is an executive-style meeting center that accommodates up to 16 participants. Has 3 large Ultra 4k displays and one 4k ceiling mounted projector to view content from all sides of the room. Host meetings with a 86″ OneScreen Interactive digital whiteboard with camera and wireless keyboard to take notes, annotate content, and sketch out concepts. The polycom conference system is digital… and allows virtual participants to be added/invited in just a few seconds. The room has a dedicated Zoom and Team meeting ID; and can hold up to 1,000 virtual guests.
The microphones auto mute, the cameras rotate as the presenter moves, and all content is driven from the executive table’s data ports. The meeting room has 6 Crestron speakers (w/two subwoofers) for perfect clarity and sound covering each sq inch of space. No messy wiring, the chairs are comfy and the room’s natural lighting is ideal for viewing content at various distances.
A digital display greets your guests/team members as they enter the room (with your logo). The room is perfect for a blend of virtual and in-person business attendance. Impress your clients and your team.
Private Collaboration Offices
Perfect space to get things done in a private setting and or collaborate with a small team! We offer two meeting rooms that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Collaboration offices are fully equipped with quality furnishings and videoconferencing equipment, so you can walk in and run productive sessions with no set up. You will find 2 large Ultra 4k displays in each room and a desk phone to conference with clients or team members. Whiteboards to facilitate concept development and dual curved-screen monitors for comfortable viewing at any angle. PCOs are perfect for privacy and function to conduct interviews, record a podcast, review and edit documents, and attend online meetings.
Private Theater Room
When you need to show off… we offer a private theater style space that can accommodate up to 12 people. Your guests are treated to a 7ft by 10ft digital display and immersive theater seating that feels like an IMAX cinema or a small auditorium. If you want a distraction-free environment to attend a lecture, screen a movie, or host your family outings, then the private theatre or a lecture room is the way to go!
You will find 1 large 4k display wall that can upscale to a wider spectrum of colors. The sound is supported by an 8-speaker audio system with both ambient and reaction lighting to set the mood. The room also has video conferencing capability for any business need. The show is yours!
Kitchen Area
The kitchen has a 4k display that is synced with the main room displays (so that you don’t miss out on the presentation). The space has a coffee machine, espresso maker, ice maker, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Also, the kitchen has a place for staff to sit, charge their phones, or use their laptops.
Client Waiting Area
Prior to meetings, your guests have a place that they can watch custom content and learn about your organization. The private client waiting room accommodates up to 3 people comfortably.
Networking Lobby
At the entrance of Rockville Station guests and event patrons can network and enjoy an area that you can provided music, food, and content. The lobby accommodates up to 14 people comfortably.

Event Parking
No charge for general parking ( Yoshow designated spots). Also, front door VIP event and meeting parking can be arranged.
Loading Dock
If your event requires special or heavy equipment to be delivered; we have a loading dock that can be utilized .
Deep cleaning and disinfection procedures are done for all common surfaces and equipment.
Each room has separate Air purifiers (w/ HEPA filters) to help remove 99.97% of air pollutants every two hours (on average).
